Help counteract Trump’s anti-immigrant propaganda by telling your story. We collect and publish the real stories and contributions of immigrants across the U.S.

The Other Immigrant List, (TOIL) was born in light of Donald Trump signing into law an order mandating the Secretary for Homeland Security to make public a weekly list of criminal actions committed by immigrants living in the U.S.
We started out by asking fellow immigrants for positive lists to counter the criminal lists Trump intends to publish. And we have received not only lists but stories describing different journeys of struggle, accomplishments, contributions, hard work and tenacity.
With lists, stories, anecdotes, and more, we want to shed light on the positive – on the real story about who we are.
We’ll be sharing these stories (in which we are only asking for first names) and spreading them everywhere possible. Our goal is to tell our truth, share these stories all over (the web, news media, blogs, and more) and educate fellow Americans about what this country is about.
We need to tell our story.
Tell us all about the contributions and actions you’ve made as an immigrant living in the U.S. We need to fight back by countering the anti-immigrant rhetoric spread by the Trump Administration.
Your response will later be made public on this website and will be published in media websites, and publications. We are not publishing personal information. We will only need your first name.
When you are finished, you can share your story anywhere using the hashtag #theotherimmigrantlist.
